hello lovely love lovers.
I love this radio program, This American Life from Chicago Public Radio, and I as I made dinner I listened to this episode about both the strength and fragility of long-term love. The first was sad, the second was sweet, and the third positively heartbreaking and also stunningly beautiful. Be careful, especially with the third if you are tender with loss - it's a poet's account of losing his wife to leukemia. This story salted my dinner with tears.

don't let the tears scare you off. it's worth it.
